Job Title: Department Manager - Environmental
Location: Kansas City, KS
Duration: Direct Hire/Permanent
Pay Range: 120K - 130K, DPOE
We are searching for an experienced leader who will be responsible for leading and growing an Environmental Consulting practice in the Kansas City metropolitan area. The role involves managing a team of environmental professionals, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring projects are completed on time and meet client expectations. Key responsibilities include business development, client relationship management, mentoring staff, and ensuring the department meets performance metrics for growth, profitability, and quality. The manager will also be involved in talent recruitment, safety oversight, and risk management. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 8 years of experience are required, along with leadership experience. Preferred qualifications include a graduate degree and professional certifications.
