Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $16.00 -$17.00 per hour

We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Culinary Cold Prep at Sullivan Family Kitchen. The ideal candidate will possess a strong affinity for culinary foods, demonstrate physical dexterity, and contribute positively to our production environment. This role involves working with a team to process vegetables and other ingredients to produce fresh ready-to-eat products.

Available shifts - Day or Overnight: 

• Required Day Shift- 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM; Off on Fridays and another day off
• Required Overnight Shift- 4:00pm - 12:30am, Split day off Friday and another day
• Fulltime, 40 hours/week requires open to work from Monday through Sunday

The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following:

• Using a knife and other automated equipment this position will cut, chop and prep vegetables and other ingredients

• Work with a team to assemble products

• Safely handle physical tasks, including lifting 30-50 lbs. and maintaining stamina throughout the shift.

• Adhere to established culinary techniques to ensure consistency and quality.

• Collaborate seamlessly with team members to optimize production workflows.

• Uphold strict adherence to safety and sanitation protocols.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent is a prerequisite.
• Previous experience in pastry preparation is preferred.
• Must have Tuberculosis Clearance required or Willing to take test upon offer.
• Must comply with all company policies and requirements
• Language: Speak/Read/Write - English
• Applicant should be able to reliably commute to work on time.
• Must have open availability for various shifts as needed
