Job Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Culinary Cold Prep, Overnight shift at the Sullivan Family Kitchen. The ideal candidate will possess a strong affinity for culinary foods, demonstrate physical dexterity, and contribute positively to our production environment. This role involves working with a team to process vegetables and other ingredients to produce fresh ready-to-eat products.
Responsibilities:
- Using a knife and other automated equipment this position will cut, chop and prep vegetables and other ingredients
- Safely handle physical tasks, including lifting 30-50 lbs. and maintaining stamina throughout the shift.
- Adhere to established culinary techniques to ensure consistency and quality.
- Collaborate seamlessly with team members to optimize production workflows.
- Uphold strict adherence to safety and sanitation protocols.

- 4:00 PM-12:30AM; off work on Fridays and another day off
Qualifications:
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
- High school diploma or equivalent is a prerequisite.
- Must have Tuberculosis Clearance required or Willing to take test upon offer.
- Must comply with all company policies and requirements
- Language: Speak/Read/Write - English
- Applicant should be able to reliably commute to work on time.
- Must have open availability for various shifts as needed
