Multi-Unit Cafe Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Multi Unit Cafe Manager. Successful applicants must be business oriented, adaptive to new cultural environments, have strong people management skills. Management experience in the food service industry with a strong commitment to quality and customer service is essential. Successful applicants will be responsible to work alongside the Head Chef and Bakery Manager to provide leadership and strategic direction for multiple locations. Reporting to the Director of Operations, duties and responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• 
  Being responsible for local store marketing as well as corporate marketing for all restaurants

• 
  Recruitment, training, development, and evaluation of all personnel

• 
  Being responsible for new concept implementations and store openings

• 
  Complete asset management including inventory for all locations

• 
  Assisting in menu design, creation and implementation with the Head Chef and Bakery Manager

• 
  Creating, maintaining, updating, and enforcing operational standard operating procedures

• 
  Budgeting and P&L statements for all stores with a focus on improving underperforming locations

• 
  Developing and executing marketing programs to Build delivery, take-out and catering sales

Qualifications:

The chosen candidate must have at least three years’ experience as a multi-unit operator. A Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration of Hospitality with Sales and Marketing or qualification by experience is required. The ideal candidate must be self -motivated, an analytical and strategic thinker with an ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities. Strong business development and organizational skills with good time management and an aggressive drive to achieve desired results is essential.

This job requires flexible hours which may include shift work, weekends and holidays.
