Food Talent Solutions has partnered with a growing food manufacturing organization seeking a Quality Manager in Jacksonville, Florida.
This individual contributor position will support quality and food safety across a nationwide network of approximately 10 co-manufacturing partners. The role is well suited for a current corporate QA professional or an experienced plant QA Manager interested in gaining broader, multi-site exposure while remaining closely connected to manufacturing.
Key Role Information
- Based in Jacksonville, Florida
- Individual contributor role with no direct reports
- Support quality programs across approximately 10 co-manufacturing locations
- Approximately 20–30% travel, primarily scheduled short-duration plant visits
- Lead and support co-manufacturer audits, risk assessments and corrective actions

Target Candidate
The ideal candidate will have strong food manufacturing quality leadership experience, including audits, CAPAs, food safety systems, regulatory compliance and customer complaint resolution.
Experience with dairy or dairy-based products is strongly preferred.
A bachelor’s degree in food science or a related field is preferred, along with demonstrated quality experience. PCQI, FSVP and/or GFSI training such as SQF would be valuable.
This could be an excellent next step for a successful plant QA Manager who enjoys the technical and operational sides of quality but is interested in broader responsibility without direct people management.
