Duties:
- Implement document process in accordance with program policies and procedures
- Create and maintain an organized filing system for all pertinent documents
- Oversee the documentation lifecycle, from creation to archiving
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and organize information for documentation purposes
- Review and edit documents for clarity, consistency, and compliance with company and program standards
- Ensure that all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible
- Monitor and enforce document control processes to maintain data integrity
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in document management systems
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Documentation Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of file and document management systems
- Proficient in using administrative tools such as Excel and Google Sheets
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in technical writing and editing
- Familiarity with records management principles and practices
- Knowledge of quality management systems is a plus
