We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive sales growth by building strong relationships with foodservice operators and distributor partners within the territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with distributors and distributor sales reps (DSRs)
- Grow business with foodservice operators across key segments (restaurants, healthcare, education, hospitality)
- Deliver product demonstrations, sales presentations, and menu solutions
- Execute territory sales plans and achieve growth targets
- Represent FSE at sales meetings, ridealongs, and industry events
- Maintain CRM activity, pipeline tracking, and required reporting
- Foodservice industry experience required; B2B sales experience preferred
- Strong relationshipbuilding and consultative selling skills
- Selfmotivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
- Effective communication skills
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license; ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Regular local travel required
- Occasional overnight trips
