Key Responsibilities
- Review bid requests from K12 institutions to confirm product alignment and submission requirements
- Prepare accurate bid documentation and ensure deadlines are met
- Coordinate pricing information with manufacturers to support competitive responses
- Partner with sales representatives to align on bid opportunities and strategies.
- Track bid submissions and outcomes, including awarded and nonawarded items.
- Maintain bid logs and assist with reporting on bid activity and results
- Identify products not currently on bid and recommend opportunities for future submissions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework a plus)
- Experience in bid coordination, procurement, sales support, or administrative roles preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to track information, organize data, and support basic analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; CRM or database experience a plus.
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
