The Value Analysis Manager is responsible for identifying, recommending, and implementing cost-saving opportunities related to clinical products, supplies, equipment, services, and operational processes. This role leverages data analytics, evidence-based practice, and stakeholder collaboration to drive value-based decisions that improve quality, standardization, and financial performance.
πΉ Required Qualifications
β’ Current Nevada Registered Nurse (RN) license
β’ Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
β’ Minimum 4 years of progressive clinical experience
β’ Minimum 2 years of management experience in a hospital setting
β’ BLS certification (American Heart Association)

β’ 1 years of experience with hospital supply chain processes and clinical product evaluation
β’ Experience analyzing clinical, operational, and financial data to support decision-making
β’ Proficiency with data analytics tools such as Tableau, Excel, or similar platforms

β’ Lead product standardization and utilization management initiatives
