Growing North Phoenix boutique CPA firm is looking to add a tax Accountant to their staff. This is a great opportunity to grow in your tax career. This is an in-person position with a salary range of $65,000 - 90,000 depending on your experience level.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations and trusts
- Preparing tax extensions
- Year end tax projections
- Tax Research
- Generating trial balances and financial statements
- Responding to IRS and other taxing authority notices
- Proactively communicating with clients to obtain necessary information and provide tax and financial feedback
- financial statement, reviews & compilations
Requirements include:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required
- CPA or CPA Candidate
- 1 -4 years of tax experience in a CPA firm as well as experience of financial statement review and compilations.
- Proficiency in both general and accounting related computer software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with other members of the firm
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines and prioritize assignments
Salary : $65,000 - $90,000
