What You’ll Do:

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans

• Deliver engaging, effective speech, language, and swallowing therapy

• Coordinate audiometric screenings and referrals as needed

• Collaborate with care teams and families to maximize outcomes

• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and Medicare documentation

• Attend care planning and interdisciplinary meetings

• Provide in-service education for staff and contribute to program improvement

• Uphold safety standards and deliver care with dignity and kindness

What We’re Looking For:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (MA or MS)

• Active NYS SLP license and ASHA CCC certification

• Strong communication skills and professional maturity

• Team-oriented mindset and commitment to clinical excellence
