Project Manager/ Land Development
We are seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager/Land Development to lead land development projects throughout the Phoenix/Mesa area. This role is ideal for a motivated engineering professional who excels at project leadership, client coordination, and mentoring technical staff.
Position Overview

Deliver high-quality technical engineering services that meet client expectations

Lead, mentor, and support engineers-in-training and technical team members

Collaborate with design engineers to define project scope, complexity, schedules, and resource needs

Assist in scheduling, task distribution, and workload planning

Ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance across engineering, design, and drafting deliverables

Provide technical guidance, training, and administrative support to the project team
-
Maintain and grow strong client relationships; support business development efforts

Supervise the work of designers and technicians

Participate in employee development, performance evaluations, and other personnel functions
-
Support senior engineering leadership in reaching office-wide goals and initiatives
Qualifications

Arizona P.E. license required
-
6 years of land development design experience (residential, commercial, transportation, or drainage)

Self-motivated professional capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously

Strong oral and written communication skills
-
Proven technical competency and effective decision-making abilities

Experienced in budget control, client management, and team leadership

Highly organized and detail-oriented
