Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine / Internal Medicine)
Compensation: Starting at $350,000 (negotiable) Sign-On Bonus Relocation Assistance

Location: Victorville, CA
We are seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician to join a well-established, community-focused practice serving a diverse patient population from birth through geriatrics. This opportunity offers strong compensation, schedule flexibility, and robust clinical support in a collaborative outpatient setting.
Internal Medicine and Pediatrics-trained candidates are also encouraged to apply. Pediatric coverage is available, and Advanced Practice Providers support pediatric visits when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services across the lifespan
- Manage acute, chronic, and preventive care needs
- Collaborate closely with Advanced Practice Providers, nursing staff, and care teams
- Utilize strong nurse triage and telephone support systems
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered, culturally competent care
Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency program
- Board Eligible or Board Certified
- Active California medical license (or ability to obtain)
- New graduates welcome
