An established, highly regarded healthcare system in Northwest Indiana is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Pain Medicine Physician to join its growing, physician-led group practice.

Practice in a HIMSS Stage VII environment featuring full EPIC EHR integration with modern AI functionality. Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and medical/interventional treatment for adult patients presenting with acute and chronic pain conditions
- Perform a wide range of interventional pain procedures in outpatient and procedure suite settings
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary network of spine surgeons, neurologists, orthopedists, physical therapists, and primary care physicians
- Utilize cutting-edge clinical tools and EPIC EHR with AI-driven documentation enhancements
- Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and health system guidelines regarding controlled substance management and patient safety
- Participate in practice development and quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited US medical school (MD or DO).
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Medicine (via Anesthesiology, PM&R, or Neurology subspecialty pathway).
- Active and unrestricted Indiana medical license (or eligible for state licensure within 90–120 days).
- Strong proficiency in interventional pain modalities, comprehensive patient assessment, and multidisciplinary care planning.

Salary : $432,000 - $580,000
