Nursing Professional Practice Coordinator
We are seeking a highly qualified Nursing Professional Practice Coordinator to join our team, reporting directly to the Director of Staff Education and Professional Development. This full-time role offers a day shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a competitive salary range of $39–$80 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and align nursing practices with ANCC standards and LEAN principles.
- Promote and integrate evidence-based nursing practices.
- Establish and maintain shared governance frameworks.
- Enhance nursing professional development and growth.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement professional practice guidelines.
- Drive patient safety and quality improvement initiatives.
- Act as a resource for nursing leadership and staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is a must - Masters Preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience.
- Experience in leadership or coordinator roles is preferred.
- Proficient knowledge of ANCC standards and LEAN methodology.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong aptitude for professional development.
