Our client, a prominent AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a talented mid-level Trial Associate Attorney to join its Philadelphia office. This is an exciting opportunity to handle sophisticated general commercial litigation matters within a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and collegial environment.
Candidate Profile
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record
- Active Bar Admission in Pennsylvania, in good standing
- 4–6 years of substantive experience in general commercial litigation
- Superior legal research and writing skills, with strong analytical abilities
- Quick-study aptitude and the ability to engender client confidence
- Experience managing complex commercial disputes and related litigation matters
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative, and collaborative environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and a client-service orientation
Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in a wide range of general commercial litigation matters
- Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and briefs in state and federal courts
- Manage discovery, including depositions, document review, and related litigation strategy
- Conduct legal research and prepare high-quality, persuasive written work
- Collaborate with partners and other attorneys to develop case strategy and provide creative legal solutions
- Communicate directly with clients, ensuring exceptional service and responsiveness
- Contribute to a team-oriented and collegial practice environment

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Salary: Expected annual base salary ranges from $260,000-$350,000, as determined by experience and market factors
