MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2 Years of Restaurant Management Experience in upscale or fine dining environments.
- Food Manager Certification
- Strong understanding of financials, scheduling, and operational systems.
- Proven leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coach teams.
- Deep appreciation for food, wine, and hospitality culture.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
