INTERNS: Intern Teachers will be considered. Attach a current university intern eligibility letter (dated within the last 90 days). Single Subject Dance credential OR Single Subject PE credential issued prior to 1/1/22 is required.
- Copy of Transcript (must show conferral of degree)
- Credential Copy (detailed printout from CTC website - ctc.ca.gov)
- English Learner Authorization
- Letter of Introduction
- Letter(s) of Recommendation (3 current letters of recommendation / at least two of the three must be dated within the last two years)
- Resume
