What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inventory & Social Media Coordinator position at Fontana Truck Center?
Fontana Truck Center is looking for a motivated and organized person to help manage our vehicle inventory, social media accounts, online listings, and daily administrative work.
This is a fast-paced position in a busy truck dealership. We need someone who can stay organized, handle multiple responsibilities, and take initiative without constant supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Take high-quality pictures and videos of trucks and inventory
- Create and post content on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Update vehicle listings on our website and other online platforms
- Keep inventory information, pricing, mileage, and availability accurate
- Create reels, stories, walkaround videos, and promotional posts
- Monitor social media messages, comments, and inquiries
- Help organize vehicle files, photos, and dealership records
- Assist with general administrative and office work
- Coordinate with the sales team to promote new arrivals and sold units
- Make sure online listings are updated when units are added or sold
Qualifications:
- Experience with social media, content creation, inventory, or dealership work is preferred
- Spanish and English speaker
- Comfortable taking pictures and recording/editing short videos
- Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Basic computer and administrative skills
- Organized, reliable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable working around commercial trucks
- Automotive or truck dealership experience
Pay is up to $25 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
