Essential Duties And Responsibilities
The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:
- Transportation and delivery of propane tanks to different venues
- Demolition and clean-up during special projects
- Assist engineers with assigned tasks and projects
- Direct support to other departments in moving furniture
- Responsible for trash removal and general clean-up
- Provide parts runners and material handling, property-wide
- Stock engineering supplies, shops, tool room
- Maintain all vehicles and keep up-to-date maintenance logs for insurance purposes
- Work closely with other departments
- Driving to off-site locations when necessary
- Provide a current Nevada Motor Vehicle Report every 6 months and Immediately notify the department leader of any changes to the Nevada Driver’s License status
- Temporary or permanent duties and responsibilities may be added to or modified as deemed necessary

- High School diploma or equivalent
- At least one (1) year experience as a laborer or similar role, preferably for a large, luxury resort/casino
- Experience using hand tools and utility knives
- Experience using two-way radio
- Maintain a clean DMV record
- Ability to respond to common inquiries from Members and/or guests
- Ability to effectively communicate in English
- Excellent customer service skills
- Polished appearance and demeanor
- Excellent interpersonal skills to deal effectively with guests, management, Members, and other outside contacts
- Ability to obtain and maintain full knowledge and understanding of Company and department rules and regulations, policies, and procedures
- Excellent organizational skills; be able to function under time constraints and deadlines with attention to detail
- Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule to include nights and weekends
- Work in a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment
