Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain in-depth knowledge about the wines.
- Become a positive ambassador for the brand and products.
- Provide exceptional service to all guests.
- Accurately handle routine purchasing transactions, which include operating POS system with daily sales.
- Complete daily side work.
- Know the menu and ingredients in every dish, continue to study menu descriptors, and stay up to date on product knowledge.
- Greet guests with a smile at the door and seat them when available.
- Know bar products; cocktail menus; wine menus; have extensive knowledge of wine and spirits.
- Have a wine opener, pens, and buffing towel and a bank.
- During service, maintain guest relations by continuing to service tables with refilled beverages and delivering food.
- Also maintain table maintenance: keep tables neat and tidy; remove all extra utensils.
- Practice proper food safety and cleanliness standards at all times.
- Frequently sanitize surfaces and other Covid related cleaning duties.
- Engage on Paylocity, the company’s human resources platform.
- Able to carry out the duties and responsibilities of the busser or host.

Requirements
- 1 year serving or relevant hospitality experience.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Bartending knowledge a plus.
- Excellent customer service.
- Experience in fine dining is a plus.
- Must be 21 or older.
- Food Handler & Beverage Certifications.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining exceptional hospitality.
- Flexibility and a positive mindset is needed.
Physical Requirements
- The ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 6 hours), walk, sit, reach, bend, stoop, frequently lift up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift/move 45 pounds is required.
- This position also requires continual use of manual dexterity and gross motor skills with frequent use of bi-manual dexterity and fine motor skills, and the ability to clearly speak, hear, see, and adjust focus.
