Requirements
As our Prep Cook, you’ll play a key role in keeping the kitchen running smoothly:
~ Slice, dice, mix, and prep ingredients for our wood-fired oven and menu stations
~ Keep workstations clean, organized, and stocked
~ Work with a fun, hardworking back-of-house team
~ Follow food safety and sanitation standards — because delicious should always be safe!
What We’re Looking For
An enthusiastic team player
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Can handle a fast-paced kitchen with a smile
Available nights, weekends & holidays (because good wine and good food never sleep!)
Previous kitchen experience a plus — but great attitude is the real secret ingredient
