Position Overview
As Project Coordinator, you’ll be assisting the New York State District Manager in maintaining and growing an exciting territory and partnering with both design professionals and community-focused organizations to bring spaces to life. Additionally, you’ll support various sales initiatives and contribute to project success in the supportive housing market. This role is ideal for an early‑career professional who loves furniture, thrives in a creative environment, and is excited to grow into a district manager/sales leader position over time.

Our newly launched Community Living Division is dedicated to serving non-profit housing providers, developers, and care-focused organizations- blending form, function, and compassion in every space we create.
What You’ll Do
- Support the NY/NJ District Manager
- Assist with client presentations, site visits, and design‑focused product storytelling
- Manage communication between internal teams, clients, and global partners
- Track sales activity, pipeline updates, and performance metrics
- Help prepare proposals, quotes, and follow‑up materials
- Contribute to a hybrid team environment while also working independently on assigned projects
- Participate in a structured development path designed to prepare you for a district manager/sales leader role within approximately two years

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 0–3 years of experience in sales support, project coordination, interior design, non-profit housing or related fields is a plus
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Comfort with CRM tools, project management platforms, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
- Passion for design, furniture, and creating meaningful client experiences
- Experience with InDesign, AutoCAD, or similar design platforms is a plus
- Interest in working within an international organization and navigating cross‑regional collaboration

Salary Range (dependent on experience): $60-75,000 quarterly bonus incentives
