- Organized and reliable task completer
- Savvy computer user
We have no expectations that a candidate has any specific academic background, training or experience in operations, sales, or project management. Why are we looking for someone?
After 30 years of steady success designing and engineering products, we are experiencing a spike in growth after adding full-service manufacturing to our offerings a few years ago. We are confident that finding the right person to manage and improve our operations is key to catalyzing more growth.
This is not an administrative assistant job. It includes that, but we’re looking for someone who wants more - more responsibility, more variety, more involvement in the work itself. You’ll own our operations support tasks and grow into a key part of our project and manufacturing coordination efforts.
This role is crucial to our ability to grow. You’ll have real visibility, real influence, and a chance to directly shape how the company operates as we scale. We notice what works - whether it’s a fix to a small process or a new way of doing things entirely, we welcome ideas and reward results.
