Job Overview:
The Front Desk Associate provides information and resources for residents and guests to have a meaningful visit. This is a key employee liaison between all guests of the community and the residents which provides exceptional customer service.
Schedule:
- Weekdays (Monday - Friday), 8AM-5PM
- This is a non-exempt position.
Work Environment:
The working environment will be indoor and will require team member to stand frequently. Low to moderate noise level in the workplace. No travel is expected for this position.
The employee must be able to stand for extended periods and occasionally sit, reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, push, and pull items weighing up to 30 pounds.
Responsibilities:
- Greets all guests, residents, and vendors entering the office while providing exceptional customer service
- Coordinates with Client Services staff to maintain and update all unit owner information in computer database
- Uses proper phone and email etiquette when communicating with clients, residents, and vendors
- Receives deliveries, distributes mail, and provides general administrative support to ensure smooth daily office operations
- Supports residents with gate system updates, amenity access troubleshooting, and general inquiries related to community access and resident services
- Guides homeowners through the resident portal to submit payments, work orders, architectural applications, and other requests
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED; some college preferred
- Previous work experience in the hospitality industry highly preferred
- Must be familiar with using computer software to perform various tasks, and must demonstrate organizational skills, excellent interpersonal skills and strong communication skills
- The employee must be able to stand for extended periods and occasionally sit, reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, push, and pull items weighing up to 30 pounds.
Employee reports directly to the Director of Client Services.
