Job duties and responsibilities
- Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities across HOAs, condominiums, and master associations
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads -
- Lead the full sales cycle from initial outreach through contract execution -
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to Board Members and developers
- Attend board meetings, turnover meetings, and community events to generate opportunities
- Build strong relationships with Board Members, developers, attorneys, and industry partners
- Establish Folio as a trusted advisor and long-term partner
- Collaborate with internal leadership to ensure a seamless transition from sales to onboarding
- Represent Folio at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor positioning, and market dynamics
- Identify strategic opportunities for expansion within existing and new markets
- Partner with Regional Vice Presidents and Operations teams to align on capacity and onboarding readiness
- Work closely with Marketing to support campaigns, branding, and lead generation efforts - Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and reporting in CRM (HubSpot or similar)
Qualifications
- 5 years of business development, sales, or relationship management experience - Experience in HOA, condominium management, real estate, or related field preferred
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
- Proven ability to build and manage a sales pipeline
- Self-starter with a high level of accountability and drive
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
