Condition Monitoring Consultant

The Condition Monitoring Consultant will provide expert support for condition monitoring, problem-solving, and service marketing programs as needed by company personnel and customers.

What You Will Do In This Role

• Lead the development and management of our condition monitoring program to drive service improvements.
• Design smart processes to collect and analyze data that helps improve equipment performance.
• Manage maintenance and repair for equipment under Fleet Services and Maintenance Contracts, ensuring everything stays in top shape.
• Provide clear, actionable repair recommendations for our company-owned equipment.
• Safeguard confidential information with care and professionalism.
• Deliver training and support to help the team stay sharp and informed.
• Organize and share vital monitoring reports to keep everyone in the loop.
• Use equipment data and inspection insights to make proactive recommendations.
• Oversee our oil sampling program and communicate results to drive better maintenance decisions.
• Identify and solve performance and cost challenges to boost efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure outstanding service and customer satisfaction.
• Help resolve any escalated customer issues with professionalism and care.
• Travel and work varying hours as business needs arise.
  
  

Our Ideal Candidate

• Associate’s degree preferred, at least three years of related experience, or a combination of both.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and respond to questions from managers and customers.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn company software.
• Ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
• Comfortable teaching new skills and sharing knowledge with others.
