JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Oversee daily rental and service shop operations to drive fleet readiness, revenue performance, safety, and customer satisfaction
- Manage daily workflow, prioritize operational needs, and ensure efficient use of resources
- Review and analyze operational and financial metrics to support sound decision‑making and branch performance
- Coordinate fleet availability, maintenance, and repair activities to meet customer demand
- Lead, coach, and support both union and non‑union employees while fostering a positive, compliant work environment
- Ensure adherence to Safety and EPA standards across all branch operations
- Collaborate closely with Service, Operations, Finance, and Sales teams to ensure smooth internal workflows
- Deliver a reliable, high‑quality rental and service experience for customers
- Drive improvements in branch efficiency, employee engagement, and overall customer experience
