The Product Support Sales Representative will identify and support customers with product support opportunities and drive the sales of parts and service within the assigned territory. You will serve as a consultant and advisor to customers, ensuring their needs are met with high-quality solutions.

What You Will Do In This Role
- Proactively seek new customers and markets for product support
- Coordinate customer training sessions and meetings
- Inspect equipment, prepare accurate repair quotes, and present them to customers
- Participate in training programs, sales meetings, and trade shows
- Travel as required for training or to assist other locations
- Previous sales experience
- 2 years’ experience in a related field
- Effective presentation skills
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Experience in parts and service
- Technical or College Degree
