About the Role
Castlestone Construction is seeking a fast, detail-driven coordinator to manage daily schedules and provide field support for our high-volume Fort Carson, Co. Housing operations. This role mixes admin, scheduling, inspections, and materials delivery. We need someone proactive, accountable, and comfortable working in a high-pressure, fast-moving construction environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and update daily/weekly schedules for Numerous trades
- Print work packets, process work orders, and maintain clean, accurate Excel logs.
- Conduct basic unit walk-throughs and inspections, document and report findings.
- Deliver materials to on-base crews and handle occasional off-base hardware store runs.
- Communicate professionally with Fort Carson management and support the Project Manager with priorities.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong Excel and administrative experience required.
- Quick learner with strong common sense and a high sense of urgency.
- Reliable, active, and able to stay on the move throughout the day.
- Spanish-speaking ability is a strong advantage.
- Valid driver’s license; must meet Fort Carson access requirements.
Compensation
- Hourly 1099 contractor role.
