General Cleaner

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are tidy, organized, and welcoming. This role requires a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

• Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, laundry rooms, and other common areas.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables in accordance with company policies.
• Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any shortages.
• Follow safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed in a timely manner to meet scheduled requirements.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.

Skills

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot areas that require cleaning or maintenance.
• Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and safety procedures is preferred but not required.
• Good communication skills to interact effectively with team members and management.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and your own transportation.
