Role Description
We are seeking a Food Safety Representative to join our team in Monsey, NY. This is a full-time, on-site position where you will serve as the primary liaison between clients and Focuss Group. In this role, you will manage client communications, coordinate project milestones, and support the implementation of compliance programs. You will also ensure timely updates, facilitate training sessions, and assist clients with audit preparation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about building strong client relationships while driving service excellence.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in account management, client services, or project coordination (preferably in food safety compliance, FSMA, SQF, or BRCGS).
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients, team members, and management.
- Inspection and observation skills to monitor compliance with food safety and quality protocols.
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Relevant certifications in food safety, FSMA, HACCP, or related areas
