FocusKPI is seeking a Technical Program Manager to join one of our clients, a high-tech SaaS company. Work Location: Mountain View, CA (Onsite role, 4 days/week onsite)Duration: 12-month contract with potential to convert depending on the candidate's performancePay Range: $80/hr to $89/hr**No C2C resumes are considered**Responsibilities:Responsible for managing Mobile and Web development Programs consisting of multiple projects.Develops program strategy, supporting business case and project plans.Responsible for delivering all projects contained in the IT project portfolio on time, within budget, and meeting the strategic and business requirements.Ensures integration of projects and adjusts project scope, timing, and budgets as necessary to meet the business's needs.Communicates with IT leadership and senior business leadership to communicate program strategy, direction, and changes.Partners with senior leadership to identify and prioritize opportunities for utilizing IT to achieve the goals of the enterprise.Maintains the efficiency of the project management process, such as planning, scheduling, and budget and risk assessment. Identifies and mitigates potential risks.Manages teams of multiple project managers, project leaders, and/or support staff.Monitors, measures, and reports on project status to IT leadership and senior business leadership.Manage multiple simultaneous cross-functional teams and projects across various sites & geographical locations to gather product requirements, define key tasks, track project deliverables, dependencies, and milestones throughout the complete project lifecycle.Create and maintain detailed project schedules and project management plans, accounting for all dependencies and constraints.Manage change in accordance with the change management plan to control scope, quality, schedule, cost, and contracts.Capture program status and data by ensuring the population of the program management information system in order to maintain accurate and current program information for the use of stakeholders.Provide recommendations to streamline or improve the efficiency of existing processes.
