Check out our candidates' success stories!Job Goal:To provide developmentally appropriate instruction aligned with Early Learning Standards and developmental frameworks, supporting students in gross and fine motor skills, social-emotional development, and creative expression. Instruction will integrate visual arts, music, movement, and drama to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment that supports kindergarten readiness. Individualized instruction and small student-to-teacher ratios are maintained to meet the diverse needs of all learners.Qualifications:Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Special EducationHold or be eligible for educator licensure/certification in Early Childhood Special EducationStrong classroom management, organization, planning, and instructional delivery skillsProficient in using differentiated instruction and engaging teaching methodsDemonstrated ability to build strong, supportive relationships with students and familiesA record of effective leadership, professional conduct, reliability, and collaborationEssential Responsibilities:Design and implement daily and unit lesson plans focused on gross motor, fine motor, social-emotional learning, and integrated artsDevelop a scope and sequence aligned with program goals and standards, incorporating technology where appropriateUse assessments to monitor and measure student progress and adjust instruction accordinglyPerform other duties or special projects as assigned
