In this role, you’ll create joyful, developmentally appropriate learning experiences that build confidence, curiosity, and a love for school.This position is ideal for an educator who values early childhood development, fosters warm classroom relationships, and believes every child deserves a supportive, nurturing environment to learn and grow.What You’ll DoDevelop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse young learners.Create a positive, nurturing classroom environment that encourages exploration and active participation.Assess and monitor student progress, providing clear feedback and documenting growth.Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student success and developmental needs.Participate in school events, team meetings, and professional learning opportunities.Promote fairness, consistency, and high expectations while building strong relationships with students.Perform additional duties and contribute to school-wide initiatives as assigned.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.NC Teaching Certification (preferred).Prior teaching experience, especially with early elementary grades, preferred.Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.Passion for teaching and a deep commitment to the academic and emotional development of young learners.
Salary : $41,800 - $56,400
