What You'll Do

As a PTA, you'll work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide skilled, hands-on therapy services that help residents improve their strength, mobility, balance, independence, and quality of life.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing skilled therapy interventions under the direction of a PT
• Implementing individualized treatment plans
• Addressing strength, mobility, balance, endurance, and functional needs
• Monitoring resident progress and response to treatment
• Educating residents, families, and caregivers on exercises and mobility strategies
• Communicating resident progress and concerns to the supervising PT
• Completing timely and accurate documentation
• Collaborating with nursing and the interdisciplinary care team

What We're Looking For

• Active Texas Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license
• In good standing with applicable licensing boards and regulatory agencies
• LTC/SNF, geriatric, or post-acute experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
• Net Health experience is a plus
• Passion for helping residents maintain mobility, function, and independence
