Compensation & Bonuses
- Base salary: $78,000-$95,000, based on experience
- Monthly productivity bonus with earning potential of up to $15,600 annually
- Up to a $10,000 sign-on bonus
- Relocation assistance available
- Tuition reimbursement
- Flexible scheduling between 7:00 AM-7:00 PM, Monday-Friday
- Gradual caseload ramp-up, building to approximately 10-12 patients per day
- No weekends
- Structured 12-month mentorship program for new graduates
- Generous continuing education allowance
- Manual Therapy Orthopedic Certification through Evidence In Motion (EIM)—a $9,000 value

As a Physical Therapist at Green Oaks Physical Therapy, you'll provide individualized, evidence-based care for patients with orthopedic and sports medicine conditions while working alongside an experienced, supportive team.
You'll
- Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans
- Deliver hands-on care and therapeutic exercise programs that restore function and improve quality of life
- Educate patients throughout their recovery to help prevent future injuries
- Collaborate with fellow clinicians to achieve exceptional patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and evidence-based clinical practice
- Build lasting relationships with patients while helping them return to the activities they love
- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current Texas Physical Therapist license (or eligible for licensure if relocating)
- New graduates are encouraged to apply—our comprehensive mentorship program is designed to help you confidently transition into clinical practice
