About the Role:

• Title: Property & Grounds Assistant
• Reports to: Communities Leader
• Location: Fitchburg, WI 53711
• Pay: Starting at $20 (based on experience)

What You’ll Do (and Rock at!):

• Be the hands-on hero: Own the cleanliness, safety, and overall feel of your assigned properties—inside and out.
• Stay sharp: Conduct weekly walk-throughs and spot what needs attention before it becomes an issue.
• Fix it yourself: You’ll be painting, repairing, cleaning, and tackling small maintenance tasks.
• Weather warrior: Snow, sun, rain—you’re out there making things better no matter the forecast.
• Connect with residents: Build friendly relationships and respond to their concerns with care.
• Software Knowledge: Used to manage time and connect with residents
• Level things up: Spot areas for improvement and take initiative to make your properties shine.
• Solve problems fast: When unexpected issues come up, think critically and find efficient, lasting solutions.
• Mind the details: Notice the small things—because they make a big difference in how the property feels.
