Focus Workforce Management is actively seeking an aspiring motivated person who has high energy, remains positive through adversity, and goes out of their way to present professional people skills to manage the account at one of our manufacturing facilities located in Geneva, IL .
The Account Coordinator is responsible for all communication with the client, reporting all required metrics, admin duties, Injury/Incident escalation, overseeing recruitment, and day to day point of contact. Ensure the Focus internal staff is in compliance with all SOPs and are reaching the required recruiting daily/weekly targets. They are also responsible assigning employees to designated areas, and coaching employees on attendance/performance. This is a fast paced, high-energy position that requires a strong ability in people skills and team building.

- Previous experience in warehouse/production/manufacturing a plus

- Leadership Skills: The Account Coordinator will be in charge of training and leading the internal staff.

Roles
- Close communication with client and contacts
- Provide any training that team members need
- Communicate clear instructions to team members
- Listen to team members' feedback
- Monitor team members' participation to ensure the training they provided is being put into use, and also to see if any additional training is needed
- Distribute reports to the appropriate personnel
- Handle any injury/incident situations that may arise
- Checking all advertising avenues for traffic
- Connecting and volunteering with local community for visibility and outreach
- Ensure all employees are paid correctly
- Holding the internal staff accountable to their recruiting goals
- Auditing location to ensure full compliance
- Managing office presentation (cleanliness, all state employment requirements are visible)
SALARY WILL BE DISCUSSED BASED ON EXPERINCE
