Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources (preferred)
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification (preferred)
- 5 years of progressive HR experience across employee relations, working with Unions, benefits, recruitment, and program administration
- Experience in supply chain – trucking, shipping, aviation, cargo, or other regulated industries (highly preferred)
- Strong ability to influence leadership and manage complex employee relations matters
- Proven analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities
- High level of discretion with sensitive employee information
Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
