We host national and international workshops, high-energy seminars, and membership programs that are reshaping the profession. Now we’re seeking a Strategic Operations Manager—a leader who can carry our culture, oversee events, grow membership, and build systems that scale as we expand.
Focus Foundations currently has 300 members in 20 countries.

Key Responsibilities
• Event Leadership – Plan and execute Focus Foundations, MST workshops, and Focus OKC events from start to finish. Manage contracts, AV, sponsors, speakers, volunteers, and event flow.
• Membership Growth – Serve as the primary liaison for members. Drive retention, communication, and renewal strategies while growing community engagement.
• Digital & Brand Presence – Oversee website updates, event registration systems, digital media, and sponsorship visibility.
• Financial Accountability – Report on ROI for events, ad spend, sponsorships, and membership metrics. Operate with full KPI accountability.
• Scalability & Systems – Build and refine operational systems that work now but scale 2–3x as the organization grows.
• People & Vendor Management – Manage vendor contracts, AV teams, contractors, interns, and future hires. Ensure alignment with the culture and mission of Focus.
