Pay: Targeting around $25–$30/hour depending on experience
About the Role:
I’m looking for a part-time bookkeeper / financial organizer to help get my records clean, current, and organized across business and rental-property-related finances. The right person should be detail-oriented, reliable, organized, and comfortable helping bring structure to multiple moving parts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit cards
- Categorize transactions accurately
- Track bills, due dates, and payment status
- Help separate business and personal expenses cleanly
- Organize records and reports for accountant review
- Help maintain a clear monthly picture of cash flow
- Support bookkeeping related to rental property income and expenses
- Flag missing items, inconsistencies, or overdue obligations
Preferred Experience:
- QuickBooks experience required
- Small business bookkeeping experience preferred
- Experience with rental property bookkeeping is a plus
- Comfortable working independently and keeping things organized week to week
- Strong communication and follow-through
Schedule:
Ideally starting at about 5–10 hours per week, with flexibility depending on workload and fit.
