#hpfocusstockClinical ManagerPOSITION SUMMARY:Provide supervision of a clinical team and responsible for the overall coordination of clinical services for a team of patientsRESPONSIBILITIES:Assist with ensuring the office is compliant with all applicable state, federal, local, Medicare, and Medi-cal regulations.Conduct and coordinate care conferences, in-service programs, and team meetings Take referrals and ensure that assessment visits are madeResponsible for making effective patient care assignments, scheduling and supervision of staff and on-call coverageMaintain records of case assignments and management forms Serve as a preceptor when neededQUALIFICATIONS:Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and current RN licensure in this state At least two years of clinical nursing experience within the last 5 years.
