Executive Director
POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for leading the administrative, operational, clinical, financial and regulatory functions of the agency.
RESPONSIBILITES:
- Provide leadership, coordination, and supervision to all agency team members to assure quality delivery of patient care, promote positive patient outcomes and decision support
- Provide planning, directing and evaluating operations
- Assure orientation of all staff in-services and education programs
- Develop and implement the agency’s budget and financial and statistical reports to meet company fiscal parameters
- Ensure compliance with all applicable state, Medicare, Medi-Cal, federal and local regulations
- Provides for employment, supervision, evaluation and termination of qualified personnel
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Three years of home health and/or supervisory/administrative experience
- Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance
- Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills necessary
- RN license preferred
