- Maintain schedule for rotating staff
- Secure coverage for rotating staff
- Work with the payroll coordinator to verify payroll accuracy
- Process employee vacation request
- Maintain attendance record
- Assist HR and payroll with hourly report and verification of time
- Recruiting
- Interviews
- Onboarding
- Recruiting - Phone screens, interviewing, job offers
- Maintaining personnel files
- Assists with new hire training and orientation
- Participates in job fairs
- Various HR/Administrative duties
- High School Diploma/GED
- Recruiting: 1 Year(Preferred)
- Staffing and Scheduling: 1 Year(Preferred)
- Must have experience in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A willingness to take direction and fulfill requests
