- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting physical therapy plans as necessary

- Participate in patient care conferences and treatment team meetings to discuss patient progress and care plans
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records and reports
- Collaborate with other therapy disciplines (occupational therapy and speech therapy) to ensure comprehensive patient care
