What You’ll Do:

• Deliver high-quality OT services to residents in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting
• Create personalized treatment plans focused on independence, safety, and daily function
• Collaborate with a fun, interdisciplinary team that supports each other (and celebrates wins!)
• Keep accurate documentation and follow all regulatory requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Current Pennsylvania OT license (or eligibility)
• Strong clinical reasoning and a compassionate approach
