Watsontown Nursing & Rehab Center is looking for a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) who brings strong clinical skills and a positive, energetic attitude. What You’ll Do:

Assist the PT in delivering high-quality therapy services
Carry out individualized treatment plans that promote strength, mobility, and independence
Encourage, motivate, and support residents through their rehab journey
Document treatments accurately and follow all regulations
Help maintain upbeat therapy environment residents actually enjoy

What We’re Looking For:

Current Pennsylvania PTA license (or eligibility)
Strong communication and clinical skills
A collaborative, positive attitude — we love team players!
Passion for supporting residents in skilled nursing/long-term care
