- Develop staff, provide guidance, and foster a positive environment.
- Assign daily tasks and create duty rosters.
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and laundry to meet hygiene, safety, and brand standards.
- Develop and implement cleaning procedures and protocols.
- Handle guest complaints and requests related to cleanliness, ensuring quick resolution.
- Monitor and manage budgets for the department.
- Track inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities, placing orders as needed.

- Ensure staff and facility compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations (e.g., OSHA, infection control)
- High School Diploma/GED
- Supervising/Management: 1 Year(Preferred)
- Housekeeping & Laundry: 1 Year
- Prior experience in long-term care required
