How you'll contribute?
- A Registered Nurse (RN) who excels in this role:
- Performs accurate and thorough patient assessments and identifies patient needs
- Initiates appropriate nursing interventions based on assessment findings
- Provides age- and condition-appropriate nursing care
- Completes timely and accurate documentation supporting medical necessity in the medical record
- Develops, implements, and revises interdisciplinary care plans for each patient
What we're looking for?
- Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess an associate or bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:
- Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire.
- ACLS and PALS are required within six months of hire.
- One year of experience preferred
- ASLS certification preferred
